How to request deletion
Send your request from the email address linked to your hey habits account. This lets us verify the request really belongs to your account.

What to include
- The email address of your hey habits account.
- Your display name, if you set one.
- A short note that you'd like your account deleted.
What gets deleted
Once your request is completed, we delete your hey habits account and associated app data, including:
- Account profile data such as email address and display name.
- Habit data, why statements, check-ins, reflections, and coach conversations.
- Buddy connections and app-specific relationship data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, billing, or tax duties. Subscription and payment data is managed by Google Play or the App Store and may need to be handled through your store account. Retained data is kept only as long as the relevant obligation requires.
Processing time
We respond to your request within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will ask by email.
