The service: hey habits provides an app for habit tracking and mutual accountability. The service is provided without warranty. We do our best to keep it stable and improving, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account: You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Only one account per person is allowed. Do not share your account with others.

Permitted use: Use hey habits only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others. You may not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other people. This also applies to the buddy feature.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice, where necessary to protect users or the service.

Intellectual property: The hey habits app, its name, and its design are the property of Nicki Eliza Schinow. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not allowed.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, hey habits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law: These terms are governed by German law. German courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
